People Officer - Strategic HR Lead
We are seeking an experienced Chief People Officer to join our organization and lead the development of a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Minimum requirements include:
* 5+ years of experience as a Head of HR or Chief People Officer.
* Proven track record of leading cultural transformations and developing talent and engagement strategies.
* Strong understanding of employment legislation.
* HR degree or CIPD qualification.
