Description Summary: We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused O2C Analysts; English speaking or fluency in English and French, Spanish or Italian to join our Order-to-Cash team.
Reporting to the O2C Manager, you will be responsible for investigating, validating, and resolving customer claims across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy in financial postings, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships — both internally and externally.
French, Spanish, or Italian language proficiency is essential to support dealings with French-, Spanish- and Italian-speaking customers and internal teams across multiple regions.
