Your Role

As a Medical Claims Examiner, you will be working within our organisation's medical insurance claims department.

This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a reputable not-for-profit company.
We require you to work on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. You will need to join us at our D15 office, which is easily accessible via public transport.


About Your Duties

* Responding to incoming emails and calls from members of the public.
* Handling member queries regarding their policies and procedures.
* Liaising with other teams for support with complex issues.
You will have access to professional training courses throughout your employment period. -----------------------------------


Prior Qualifications Required

The ideal candidate should possess relevant skills in administrative roles such as Microsoft Office Suite proficiency along with extensive knowledge of customer service protocols including QFA certification, although this is preferred rather than essential.
