About the job A leading public sector infrastructure advisory organisation is seeking an experienced Project Finance Manager to join its financial advisory team. This role will support the delivery of major capital infrastructure projects across sectors including education, transport, housing, climate, and justice, providing strategic financial and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong project finance, advisory, or banking experience to work on high-profile national infrastructure programmes. Key Responsibilities Support the structuring and delivery of major capital projects from feasibility through to execution Develop and manage financial models for infrastructure and PPP projects Prepare financial inputs for procurement and contract documentation Engage with debt and equity funding markets and support funding strategies Assist in commercial negotiations and contract close processes Conduct financial analysis, market assessments, and commercial evaluations Advise on ESG considerations relevant to infrastructure financing Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across public and private sector partners Prepare reports and financial memoranda for senior stakeholders Requirements Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline Professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA / CFA) highly desirable 5+ years' experience in project finance, financial advisory, banking, or infrastructure finance Strong financial modelling and analytical capability Experience supporting capital projects, PPPs, or complex financing transactions Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities Why Apply?
