The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced banking environment. Key responsibilities include greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor, guiding them to self-service options, and directing complex queries or complaints to senior staff members. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing cash and cheque lodgements at the Teller desk.
