Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining a harmonious working environment, ensuring colleagues are aware of their role in achieving overall company objectives. You will also ensure all staff are clearly focused on satisfying customers and given the opportunity to use their individual skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining staff welfare and well-being
You will work closely with Human Resources to implement HR policies and practices, such as recruitment, absence management, and adherence to relevant legislation.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar management role within a wholesale or retail environment
* Good working knowledge of current and impending employment legislation
