A well-established manufacturing business in Ringaskiddy is seeking a
General Management Administrator
to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to a small on-site management team. This is a hands-on, office-based role, suited to someone with
solid administration experience
who enjoys being the central point of contact for scheduling, organisation, and site coordination.

The position is a
management support/administrative role
, and would suit someone practical, organised, and comfortable working across varied administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing general administrative support to the site management team
* Coordinating diaries, meetings, and availability for management and site meetings
* Booking travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport) as required
* Taking meeting notes and maintaining basic records when requested
* Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
* Coordinating meeting rooms, room layouts, and attendance for site and off-site meetings
* Supporting visits to site by customers or internal stakeholders, including travel coordination and on-site registration
* Managing meeting room bookings and liaising with internal IT support where required
* Processing expense claims and reconciling company credit card statements for management
* Maintaining simple tracking logs (e.g. attendance, leave records for the leadership team)
* Acting as a central administrative point of contact for the site

About You

* 3+ years' experience in a similar administration, office support, or management support role
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; basic Excel competency is sufficient)
* Comfortable preparing documents, maintaining records, and handling routine reporting
* Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
* Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
* Practical, adaptable, and happy to support a variety of administrative tasks

Qualifications

* Minimum Level 6 qualification or equivalent relevant experience

Working Arrangement

* Fully onsite role
* Standard office hours
