This role is for an experienced workshop supervisor/controller with a strong background in a main dealer workshop environment.
* Leading and motivating a team
* Ensuring quality control through inspections and audits

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising staff
* Performing quality checks
* Managing production flow
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
We require excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining our reputation.
The successful candidate will have:
* Supervisory experience in a workshop environment
* Able to motivate and manage a team
* Able to work under pressure
