A leading main contractor in Dublinis looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on a large-scale housing project and school construction project. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a major development with a expanding company. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on contractual matters at project and company levels. Oversee contractual claims, cost management, and cash flow. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare cost reports, risk registers, and variation trackers. Manage measurement, pricing, and variation negotiations. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. Experience as a Senior QS on large-scale housing projects. Strong background in contract management and cost control. Excellent collaboration skills with commercial and project teams.
