OverviewRyanair, Europe’s Largest Airline Group, are currently hiring for a Lead Reliability Engineer. The following position is eligible to be based in either Dublin or Madrid.ResponsibilitiesActing as Deputy to the Reliability Manager when required.Review and analysis of maintenance data relating to components and systems, the identification and resolution of reliability alerts, and identification of solutions for repetitive delay causes.Drive process innovation and automation using Power BI and data programming.Work with Boeing and OEMs to drive reliability improvement into Ryanair’s operation.Perform detailed cost/benefit analysis of reliability improvement options and make solid recommendations to executive management.Provision of reports and analysis of aircraft dispatch reliability and identification of solutions for repetitive delay causes.Participation in reviews with the worldwide 737 operators and influencing Boeing’s reliability priorities.RequirementsDegree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or B-1/B-2/CAT A license.
