* Client Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key partners
* Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales, marketing, and revenue growth plans
* Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
* Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across hotel services, including rooms, events, F&B, and loyalty programs
* Talent Development: Mentor and support junior sales or business development staff, sharing best practices and strategies
About You:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a business development or sales role is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical abilities are needed
* Results-driven individuals with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset are ideal
* Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and foster long-term relationships is preferred
* Experience working with corporate clients and agencies is advantageous
