We are now looking for a Senior Architect to join our team in Ballina on Ireland's West Coast.
The successful candidate will work closely with the team on a range of exciting, design-led residential and public projects, and will be involved across all project stages, from concept to site. The successful candidate will be supported with training in sustainable practices in a position that offers a clear pathway for professional progression.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. RIAI Part 3 Qualification
2. minimum of 7 years professional experience, including onsite experience
3. proficiency in preparing detailed construction and tender drawings
4. excellent working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR
5. interest in building sustainability and circularity
6. a keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality, buildable solutions
7. the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
8. candidates must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application
9. strong organisational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budgets on time
Optional but beneficial qualities include:
10. PSDP (Project Supervisor Design Process) experience
11. experience with conservation and working on protected structures
12. experience in developing and submitting planning applications
13. experience in LCA
