In addition, the Enterprise Risk Management Department manages the Operational Error ("OER") process and performs investigation and analysis of same in order to determine root cause.Role OverviewCore responsibilities include providing support to the Head of Enterprise Risk to provide administrative support and other ad hoc duties as they arise.Core ResponsibilitiesAdministration and maintenance of the Operational Errors ("OER") process.Administration and maintenance of the CalQRisk OER system.Co-ordination of the monthly Operational Risk Forum ("ORF").Preparation of operational error reporting for internal stakeholders.Preparation of monthly KPI reporting for the Board Reporting Department.Assistance in the preparation of quarterly Board and Committee Reports.Management of the Operational Risk Management mailbox.Co-ordination of requests and updates to the Risk Monitoring Programme ("RiMP").Be proactive and enthusiastic in approach.Ensure that business standards are met on a consistent basis.Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Essential Key RequirementsHighly organised with attention to detail.Excellent PC skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word, plus the ability to manipulate and interpret data.Desirable Key RequirementsCirca 3 – 5 years' experience within an administrative role ideally within a Risk, Compliance, or Internal Audit role.Experience within the funds industry.Would suit someone with an Executive Assistant background and full training will be provided.CompetenciesProactivePrioritisingInitiativeAttention to detail.**********************
