Location: Hertz Car Sales, Cork and Blarney, Ireland
Salary: €30,000 - €37,500 plus commission (OTE €60k-€70k)

We are currently expanding our team and looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join us in our Cork and Blarney locations. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our pre-owned vehicles, providing excellent service, and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle the entire sales process, from greeting customers and understanding their needs, to closing sales and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
· Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, offering tailored solutions and exceptional service to encourage repeat business.
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory and its features to confidently answer customer queries and guide their decision-making process.
· Meet or exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and business.
· Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate test drives, highlighting key features and benefits of each vehicle.
· Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth sales process and a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
· A minimum of 2 years experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
· A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a customer-focused approach.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage customers, explain vehicle features, and negotiate deals.
· A passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customers have a positive and memorable experience.
· Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to meet shared goals and contribute to the overall success of the business.
· Full, clean driving licence.
