Catering Manager Job
We are seeking a seasoned Catering Manager to lead our catering function. Based in Dundalk, this role requires ownership and management of a dedicated team to deliver exceptional food services to staff and visitors.
This position demands a strong leader with proven experience in contract catering, excellent people management skills, and a solid understanding of health & safety and HACCP standards.
* Responsibilities include managing day-to-day catering operations, ensuring high standards of food and service delivery.
* Leading, training, and motivating a team of catering staff, effective scheduling, performance, and engagement.
* Overseeing menu planning, stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
* Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards, including HACCP and client-specific requirements.
Requirements
* Minimum 35 years of experience in a catering management or supervisory role, with experience in contract catering or facilities management desirable.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and health & safety standards.
* Experience managing teams in high-volume environments.
