Our client has a new opening for a Production Manager. The Role Reporting to the Senior Manager onsite, the Production Manager will drive production efficiency across the manufacturing site. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the production team to achieve safety, quality, cost, and service objectives. Ensure adherence to production schedules and resolve issues that impact delivery. Monitor KPIs (OEE, plan attainment, waste, downtime, labour costs) and drive continuous improvement. Oversee standards in GMP, hygiene, and health & safety compliance. Partner with maintenance and planning to optimise line performance, shutdowns, and resourcing. Manage team rosters, absence, and employee relations as required. Implement and sustain lean manufacturing and problem-solving initiatives. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a production management role within manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Lean, GMP, and quality standards (BRC experience desirable). Proven track record of improving performance through people leadership and data-driven decision making. Safety-first mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to engage and develop teams while meeting demanding operational targets.
