Accommodation Supervisor Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accommodation Supervisor to lead our accommodation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a housekeeping or accommodation supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment. They will possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent attention to detail, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of accommodation staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
* Guest Experience: Ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by addressing any issues promptly.
* Process Improvement: Develop and implement procedures to improve processes and efficiency.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to achieve hotel goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a housekeeping or accommodation supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment.
* Skillset: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent attention to detail, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector.
