About Your New Job
As the M365 Administrator, you will be responsible for the effective management, administration, and support of the hospital's Microsoft 365 environment. You will ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operation of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Your key responsibilities will include:
Proven expierence leading M365 Migration projects is essential
User and License Management: Provision and deprovision user accounts, assign licenses, and manage user properties within Microsoft 365.
Application and Service Administration: Manage and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 applications.
Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, monitor compliance with regulatory frameworks, and ensure data protection.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Respond to support tickets, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure timely resolution to maintain service availability.
Deployment and Updates: Deploy service updates and feature releases, plan and implement change activities in line with IT governance and hospital policy.
What Skills You Need
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications (e.g., MS-100/101, Azure Administrator) are desirable.
Experience: Proven experience in administration and support of Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Experience with Azure Active Directory, identity management, and role-based access control.
Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, security, and administration. Understanding of compliance, data governance, and cybersecurity principles relevant to healthcare.
Personal Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear and confident communication skills, and a collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across IT and clinical teams.
