Godwin Consult is an established property development and investment firm, with a primary focus on the provision of residential and mixed-use opportunities in Ireland. Headquartered in Cork City, but with a national portfolio, Godwin requires a motivated Office and Financial Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis to support our project management and advisory group.
This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in the property or construction industry who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should be highly organised, capable of multitasking, and excel in teamwork and communication, building strong relationships both internally and externally. Initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential. As a client-facing position, excellent communication skills are vital.

Responsibilities:
* General administration including, but not limited to, scheduling and attending meetings, taking minutes, data entry, compiling payment spreadsheets, preparing fee proposals, managing fee schedules and drawdowns, and preparing letters.
* Accounts receivable processing.
* Preparation and administration of budgets and cashflows for the year ahead.
* Preparation of final accounts for projects.
* Liaising with and providing reports to clients and management.
* Responding to colleague and client queries promptly and courteously, with a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
* Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage data and produce documents and presentations
* Experience with AccountsIQ is a bonus
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage pressure, conflicting demands, and prioritise tasks effectively
* Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
* Self-directed and proactive approach
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail
