Customer Service Representative Role
We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to support the delivery of contracted services. This is a full-time, permanent role based on-site in a fast-moving environment.
About the Role
* Respond promptly to client queries and complaints through various communication channels.
* Coordinate with the facilities team to manage and resolve customer issues, providing updates throughout the process.
* Escalate issues to supervisors or managers when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Facilities Manager in delivering all aspects of customer service operations within agreed service levels.
2. Assist with general office administration tasks, including ticketing, email handling, purchase orders, and job scheduling.
3. Cross-train in all customer service functions to ensure flexibility and coverage.
4. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for clients.
5. Participate in customer feedback and complaint resolution processes.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment; customer service experience is a plus.
* Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
* Flexible and personable with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
