BMS Sales ExecutiveLocation: (Dublin)Type: Full-Time, PermanentThe Role:We are a leading Irish provider of building automation and energy management solutions. We're looking for a driven BMS Sales Executive to win new business and grow our client base. This role is perfect for a sales professional who can build strong relationships and has the commercial skill to prepare accurate, winning estimates. Experience in quantity surveying or a similar estimating role is a distinct advantage.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and secure new clients across the commercial, industrial, and public sectors in Ireland.Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors, and M&E consultants.Estimating & Proposals: Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender proposals for BMS projects.QS Skills: Apply QS experience to price Bills of Quantities (BoQs), manage contract risks, and ensure commercial viability.Solution Selling: Work with our engineering team to design and propose tailored BMS solutions for clients.Who You Are:· You have a proven track record in technical sales, ideally within BMS, HVAC controls, or building services in Ireland.· You have hands-on experience in estimating, tendering, and preparing commercial proposals.· A background in Quantity Surveying or a similar commercial role is highly desirable.· You are commercially sharp, with strong negotiation and communication skills.· You are self-motivated, with a full Irish driver's licence.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonus/commission.Company vehicle or car allowance.Pension scheme.Opportunity for career growth in a thriving Irish business.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €45,000.00-€75,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionWork authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
