Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Demonstrate experience and knowledge of managing the delivery of care and support to people, with a person centred rights based, social care model of care in practice.
* Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience working with service users with a range of intellectual disabilities across a wide variety of Mental Health Intellectual Disability Services especially dual diagnosis.
* Demonstrate evidence of policy development, implementation and also knowledge and experience of quality audit/assurance systems.
* Demonstrate knowledge and experience of managing change in services, with a focus on meeting presenting needs, wills and preferences of people who use the service.
