Recruitment Co-OrdinatorClosing date Friday 3rd OctoberThe Role:We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our in-house recruitment team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.In this hands-on position, you will take ownership of screening applications, scheduling interviews, managing recruitment administration, and supporting onboarding activities for new starters. To succeed, you'll bring a strong customer service mindset, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail.How you will spend your day:Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates.Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Prepare interview packs, maintain recruitment trackers, and update applicant records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Support offer management, including drafting contracts and sending offer letters.Assist with pre-employment checks and compliance documentation..Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.Our ideal candidate:Previous recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or Administrative Experience, preferable but not essential.Self-sufficient, ability to multitask and work without daily direct supervision.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.High level of attention to detailProficient in the use of MS Office - Word, Excel, etcExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
