Description
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a balanced supply across the EMEIA region, driving efficiency and excellence. Strategize and execute inventory replenishment plans to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce obsolescence. Lead production planning to align factory outputs with market demand, ensuring sufficient supply across all distribution channels. Analyze demand patterns and forecast trends using advanced statistical tools, capturing the latest market intelligence. Coordinate and oversee supply movements across factories and regional hubs, guaranteeing optimal availability. Track and report KPIs and metrics to continuously assess and enhance supply chain performance. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Global Teams, Logistics, etc.) to ensure alignment and collaboration. Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, fostering clarity and collaboration. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and systems.
Minimum Qualifications
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at maximizing data and tools to drive decisions.
* Highly proficient in MS Excel.
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of building and nurturing positive relationships with both internal and external partners.
* Self-driven and results-oriented, demonstrating high initiative and a strong sense of accountability.
* Skilled in communicating complex analytics to executive audiences, making data-driven insights accessible and actionable.
