This is a day rate contractposition located with our client in Dublin 8.
This is a hybrid role and will require 2 days per week onsite.
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead and coordinate internal delivery for a major SAP S/4 HANA upgrade across a large, complex public-sector organisation.
This role will take full ownership of organisational readiness, delivery alignment and governance, working closely with business leaders, technical teams and a wider group-level programme.
Youll bring structure, pace and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreamscovering process readiness, data, functional engagement, integration planning, change management and cutover preparation.
The ideal candidate has overseen large-scale enterprise system upgrades and can operate at both strategic and delivery levels within multi-stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities Lead internal preparation and delivery coordination for the SAP S/4 HANA upgrade Build and maintain a clear roadmap covering planning, delivery, cutover & stabilisation Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and programme stakeholders Drive governance, reporting, risk/issue management and executive communication Oversee budget tracking, forecasts and commercial activity Ensure alignment across integration points, data workstreams and functional teams Support change, training and business readiness ahead of go-live Required Experience 10+ years delivering large, complex programmes in enterprise environments Proven experience leading SAP upgrades or transformations Strong governance, stakeholder and vendor management experience Understanding of SAP delivery methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate) Experience leading data readiness, process mapping and migration activities Public-sector experience beneficial but not required Relevant certifications (MSP, Pg MP, PMP, PRINCE2) preferred For more information please apply here or contact Niall Moloney/ niall(dot) Ref: EET**** Candidates must be eligible to work full time and long term in the location specified or currently hold a valid appropriate long term work Visa to apply.
