Offer description

Established in 2015, Voluntas specializes in providing meaningful advisory and research services. Established in 2023, the Voluntās Foundation aims to broaden our engagement and support initiatives that foster just, sustainable, and meaningful human advancement. The Foundation backs locally led initiatives and spearheads innovative research on meaningfulness through its Center for Applied Meaningfulness. Key projects include the Global Meaningfulness Index and the Youth Meaningfulness Index, both designed to measure and enhance the impact of meaningful actions worldwide.

For the past two years, Voluntas has been exploring what drives meaning in the lives of youth across the world in collaboration with the ALV Foundation and UN partners. We call this ambitious project the Youth Meaningfulness Index (YMI). The goal of the project is to explore how youth experience meaning in their lives, and for the YMI to be used by decision-makers as a standard metric to inform policies and by citizens to hold governments, organizations, and institutions accountable. We believe the YMI will significantly improve the well-being of young people globally and help them realize their potential.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Youth Meaningfulness Index project The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience working in project management for an international organization, research institute, consultancy, or university.
