Job Overview:
A senior IT project management professional is sought by a leading organisation to lead and coordinate multiple HRIS workstreams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and operational HR technology initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee delivery of multiple HRIS-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR strategy.
2. Manage interdependencies, risks, and resource allocation across workstreams.
3. Provide leadership and direction to project teams and stakeholders, including regular programme status updates.
4. Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Payroll, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
5. Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
6. Manage configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
7. Ensure payroll compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 5+ years senior IT project management experience.
* Proven experience in programme management of HRIS systems in complex environments.
* Strong project management experience delivering SAP Payroll (Success Factors, ECP, or SAP HCM).
* Detailed understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and integrations.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience working in matrixed or global organisations.
