Site Development Manager
Job Summary:
Primary Responsibilities:
* Lead the development process and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely project completion.
* Develop and implement effective quality control measures to guarantee high-quality results.
* Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
* Manage site operations, including setting up worksites, managing equipment, and overseeing personnel.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections to prevent accidents.
* Proactively address issues and develop corrective action plans to minimize downtime.
* Communicate project progress to stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication.
Requirements:
* A degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Significant experience in construction management, preferably as a Site Engineer or equivalent.
* Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Project, and experience with building information modeling (BIM).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
