They are currently expanding their engineering team to support significant greenfield development and modernisation of their cloud-based product suite. The Role We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to help design and build modern, cloud-native, containerised applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on genuinely new development, influence architectural decisions and contribute to the direction of a growing, product-focused engineering organisation. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality services and applications using .NET / C#. Build and deploy scalable cloud solutions on AWS (preferred) or Azure. Develop containerised applications using Docker; contribute to container orchestration strategies. Work within a robust CI/CD environment, driving automation, testing and deployment improvements. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and DevOps engineers. Participate in architecture discussions and decision-making for greenfield initiatives. Support a modern agile, software-product culture with strong ownership and accountability. Required Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience with .NET / C#. Practical experience building and deploying cloud solutions on AWS (preferred) or Azure. Hands-on experience developing containerised applications with Docker. Proven experience working with modern CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Previous involvement in greenfield projects, ideally within a product-centric environment. Understanding of clean coding practices, design patterns and modern software engineering principles. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Nice-to-Have Experience with microservices or event-driven architectures. Knowledge of Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms.
