About the Role
The Senior Facilities Project Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing project charters and management plans.
Leading a team to direct, manage, monitor, and control projects, while evaluating trade-offs and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and manage project scope.
This key position requires expertise in quality planning, risk management, and resource estimation and assignment.
In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as high emotional intelligence and conflict resolution abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Level 8 NFQ qualification and at least six years of work experience.
* PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills are essential.
* The ability to manage budgets effectively and understand Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO 41001.
* Familiarity with facilities management software/tools.
