We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to drive progress, solve problems, and mentor junior team members in Mid-Market Sales for Central Eastern Europe. As a trusted advisor, you will bring the best Google solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), helping them grow and shape the future of innovation.
About the Role:
* Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth targets.
* Owning a portfolio of medium and large size businesses, thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
* Pitching and consulting with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
* Driving customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
* Establishing credibility with executives and serving as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
* Ability to travel 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling, and engaged promotions.
* Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
* Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
* Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in the region and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
* Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand marketing.
* Ability to communicate fluently in English and other languages such as Romanian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, or Slovenian to support client relationships in the region.
