Technical Project Manager | Dublin | Hybrid | Permanent Hiring on behalf of a client firm currently on a significant IT transformation journey, modernising infrastructure, security, and operations to support long-term growth and client service delivery. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT projects across infrastructure, security, and operations transformation Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams Develop and maintain project artefacts - charters, plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and status reports Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Manage relationships with internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and vendors Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders Support change management and technology adoption initiatives Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned Requirements 5+ years' project management experience with a track record in digital transformation Strong understanding of IT infrastructure - cloud, networking, servers, and storage Solid knowledge of security principles and risk management Proficient in Waterfall and Agile methodologies PM certification required (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile equivalent) ITIL knowledge advantageous; Microsoft Cloud certification a bonus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
