BIM Manager Role Overview
The successful candidate will be an experienced BIM professional who has been involved with the implementation of ISO19650. They will help deliver technology solutions and implement BIM as a core part of business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement BIM Strategy
* Be the project BIM point of contact and ensure technicians comply with internal policies during the project lifecycle
* Lead creation and development of a standardized BIM element library
* Promote BIM coordination meetings and record 3D BIM clashes throughout the project
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant discipline (Civil, Structural or Architecture)
* 8+ years experience in a similar BIM role
* Previous experience implementing ISO 19650
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
