Procurement Manager
(Fixed-Term Contract to Jan 2027)

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver procurement and supply chain strategy aligned to business goals
* Lead and develop the procurement and inventory team
* Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and strategic sourcing initiatives
* Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and MRP/ERP systems
* Drive cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and supply continuity
* Track KPIs and support continuous improvement, sustainability, and compliance
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
* Minimum 5 years' procurement management experience
* Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and lean manufacturing
* Proven leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
* Experience in an international or matrix environment preferred
