My client is looking for a service Coordinator to join their team. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Responsible for scheduling works and allocating Callouts/Repairs with minimum disruption to scheduled work. Undertaking corrective course of action when any site issues arise and ensure that a solution is delivered within the agreed KPI. Following up on the engineers work results, engineer reports and documentation. Preparing SOFAs, entering site times for all involved in Task and Priorities associated. Parts, Materials and Hire equipment must also be correctly entered. Invoicing clients in a timely manner, ensuring that invoicing KPIs are maintained. Completing weekly reports for the Operations Director based on work activity, KPIs and invoicing. Maintaining a schedule of works including all preventative planned maintenance work. Maintaining ISO Quality procedures. Submittals for new projects. o Health & Safety Documents. Setting up new Projects. Preparing handover documents (O&Ms) for Clients on completion of projects. Time management on projects through software Big Change. Liaising with customers in relation to Projects. Other: Work with service lead to generate invoicing report on monthly basis. Generate and update procedures as required. Obtain Market intel and Project Information within the Main Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, Consultant and End User. Track all opportunities, contacts and strategies. Builds and maintains relationships with key individuals. Travel, accommodation, and diary management for engineers. Assists with event management, customer seminars, and marketing campaigns as they arise. Skills: BMS control systems Engineering
