The Regulatory team is responsible for managing global regulatory matters, including advising on new and existing frameworks, engaging with regulators, and ensuring proactive alignment with fast-changing laws across multiple jurisdictions.
We are looking for an experienced senior legal leader to join our European Privacy Regulation and Governance legal team.

Responsibilities - Lead on strategy and execution of regulatory engagement and investigations regarding data protection matters.
- Support broader digital regulatory matters relating to Digital Markets Act, Digital Services Act, AI Act and other new and upcoming digital regulations in the EU and UK, with a focus on intersections with GDPR.
- Collaborating and communicating with internal and external partners regarding a wide range of regulatory privacy matters.
- Support our privacy governance programme, policies and procedures for TikTok in Europe.
Minimum Qualifications - Senior European or UK qualified lawyer with strong privacy, governance and regulatory experience, preferably with some in-house experience.
- Experience engaging with regulators, including data protection regulators preferable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential and an ability to draft documents, including legal submissions.
- Highly organised, self motivated and capable of driving forward challenging projects.
- Comfortable providing sound advice under tight deadlines and managing competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with legal colleagues and other cross functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications - Subject matter expertise in topics such as: privacy and data protection, regulatory enforcement and/or litigation.
