Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in the Employee Safety Committee and direct its activities to ensure good engagement from employees.
* Be hands-on with the local occupational health and safety program in offices and support stakeholders globally.
* Prioritize work based on team objectives.
* Collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Identify improvement opportunities for the program.
* Provide regular status reports to your manager and other stakeholders.
* Sort and archive documents in record retention databases.
* Oversee data entry for new incident management tools.
* Conduct risk assessments for job tasks.
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Occupational Health and Safety field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint is also required.
