Lead Complex Change Initiatives
Our organisation is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead merger and acquisition (M&A) integration and business change initiatives.
As the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you will ensure alignment with business goals and monitor progress and performance, reporting on project status to executive leadership.
This contract role is based in Dublin City Centre, offering a hybrid model and 6-12 months minimum. Key responsibilities include leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex M&A and business change projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and developing comprehensive project plans.
Key skills required include:
* Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale projects with a strong focus on M&A and organisational change
* Proven track record of delivering business-critical programmes within financial services or a similarly regulated environment
* Strong knowledge of post-merger integration practices and business change methodologies
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field is essential, along with additional qualifications in Project or Programme Management highly beneficial.
