Excel Recruitment is seeking a Support administrator for our client based in Portlaoise. This person will be working with a well-known Company and will become an integral part of their Admin Support team.
Duties of this customer service advisor:
1. Handle incoming phone and email queries
2. Provide customer support.
3. Provide administration support for the sales team when required
4. Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
5. Log tickets on the service desk.

10. Good IT skills and experience with Microsoft office
