We are currently seeking a part-qualified Accountant to join our team at an established practice in Tralee, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and tax returns for clients across various industries.
* Conduct audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
* Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
* Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
* Collaborate with senior accountants and partners to deliver comprehensive client services.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.
* Participate in continuous professional development to progress towards full qualification.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
* In-progress qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) in accounting or auditing.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
* Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based in Tralee, County Kerry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and contribute to the growth and success of our established practice.
As a part-qualified Accountant with our team, you will be supported in your professional development and given the opportunity to progress towards full qualification. We offer a competitive salary range of €30,000-€40,000 based on experience, along with Full Membership and Study Package, and Regular Social Activities.
