We're looking for anAVI Support Engineerto join our product management team and develop a deep understanding of theAvi Vantage Platform. This role involves hands-on work, strong technical troubleshooting, and close collaboration with customers and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities:Understand customer requirements and manage priorities independently.Communicate effectively between customers and engineering teams.Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) for technical issues.Report and track product issues, ensuring timely resolution.Create and update knowledge base articles to prevent recurring issues.Act as a Subject Matter Expert for at least one Avi deployment or integration (e.g., vSphere, ESXi, NSX).
