They are seeking a payroll specialist to join their Dublin 2 office on a permanent basis, for a part-time contract of 15 hours per week.
The office is centrally located, offering hybrid working and a flexible set-up for how the 15 hours per week are worked (over 2 or 3 days).
Your new role You will be responsible for the processing of weekly and monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
The weekly payroll consists of between 15-35 staff at a time and changes seasonally.
Monthly payroll for the head office is under 100 employees and remains steady throughout the year.
You will also be responsible for all revenue reporting, query resolution, reconciliation of payroll reporting, preparing payroll journals ahead of month end, assisting HR with headcount reports on a monthly basis, admin of pension and VHI and general HR assistance if and when required.
What you'll need to succeed You will have previous in-depth payroll experience and have processed weekly and monthly payroll previously.
Experience with benefit in kind admin including pension and healthcare an advantage.
To be considered, you must have the ability to work on your own initiative and as a team player.
This role is people-focused and will include queries from employees relating to payroll.
