Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Responsibilities
* Greeting families, visitors, and community members with warmth and professionalism
* Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing helpful information
* Scheduling appointments and maintaining the center's calendar
* Assisting with client intake and directing families to appropriate services
* Managing front desk operations and keeping the reception area organized
* Providing administrative support to staff as needed
