Job Title: Resilience Manager
This role involves providing support for regulatory resilience obligations across key business functions within a governance and operational risk framework.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage annual reviews of critical business functions to align with regulatory requirements.
* Lead DORT activities and coordinate associated resilience assessments.
* Oversee third-party business continuity and disaster recovery evaluations.
* Develop exit strategy testing programs for third-party service providers.
* Support the creation, maintenance, and implementation of Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and Business Recovery Plans.
* Act as a proactive member of the incident management team.
* Prepare resilience reporting, committee papers, and management information for governance forums.
* Evaluate contracts, governance documents, and internal processes against regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
* Degree in business, law, economics, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business resilience, operational risk, or regulated financial services.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including CP140 and DORA.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
