S.-based clients and partners via phone and video Research, AI & Documentation Conduct online and AI-assisted research to support presentations, proposals, and strategy Create, edit, and organize polished Power Point decks, proposals, and business documents Use AI tools (Chat GPT, etc.) to summarize, structure, and refine content logically QA, Testing & Documentation Develop test scripts and test software tools and websites Document bugs and issues clearly and coordinate fixes with development/design teams Verify resolutions prior to client delivery Create and maintain training materials and internal/client documentation Website, Sales & Social Outreach Maintain and update the company website (Word Press / Elementor) with event-related and light content edits Send and manage outbound Linked In, email, or CRM outreach Engage professionally on Linked In on behalf of the founder Draft short posts, comments, and lightweight content aligned with the founder's voice Project Management Coordinate and track tasks using Taiga, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Key Qualifications (Required)Minimum 2 years supporting U.
S.-based executives or startups in a similar EA / operations role3+ years total experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Project Support Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)Hands-on experience with Word Press / Elementor, Linked In, and Canva Active experience using AI tools (Chat GPT or similar) for research and content creation Experience with social media outreach, Linked In messaging, email campaigns, or CRM tools Experience using Taiga for task and project tracking Excellent written and spoken English Reliable home office setup with stable high-speed internet Bonus (Nice to Have)QA/testing coordination or client deliverable experience Prompt engineering experience Workflow automation tools (Zapier or similar)CRM or client management systems Grant writing or technical documentation experience
