Key Requirements:
A love and passion for working with children (essential)
* Education: Level 7+ in Early Childhood Education (essential), Level 8 (preferred)
* Experience: Minimum 3 years team leadership experience in an Early Years setting (preferably 2 in Ireland)
* Belief and an understanding in a Play-Based philosophy and ethos
* Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Expertise in Early Years Regulations and a play-based, child-centered approach.
* Passion and dedication to providing quality care and education to children
* Eagerness to support your team in practice as well as completing administrative tasks and duties
Your Role:
As part of a Management Team, you will (but not limited to):
* Oversee and support the daily operations to deliver high-quality Early Years Education and Care.
* Lead, mentor, and support staff in creating safe, nurturing environments
* Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices both in practice and implementing policies
* Collaborate with families, team members, and leadership teams
* Drive curriculum planning and support developmental needs
* Manage administrative tasks, including enrollments, schedules, and records.
* Champion staff training, performance reviews, and professional growth.
