MKO is seeking to recruit a Graduate Environmental Scientist to join our Environmental team and meet the increasing demand for the company's services. The successful candidate will work on large scale EIAR projects primarily in large scale wind energy (Onshore and Offshore) and also in associated infrastructure sectors. A broad range of experience on similar projects in these and similar sectors is desirable. The candidate will have the opportunity of working within Ireland's largest environmental and planning consultancy, gaining knowledge and experience through interactions with colleagues within the environmental, ecology, ornithology, and planning teams in particular.
The role hours are 37.5 hours per week with a starting salary of €36,000 per annum.
The role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to work on projects across the country from our Galway or Dublin office or work to a hybrid working model.
Requirements:
* The Graduate Environmental Scientist role is open to final-year undergraduates, master's students and those who have graduated in the last two years in Environmental Science, Geography or other related fields, equipping you with the necessary skills to undertake the role.
