This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with expertise in commercial technology law. The Role This role involves advising on a broad range of commercial technology matters, including software licensing, SaaS/Cloud agreements and outsourcing. You will work closely with clients across fast-moving sectors such as fintech, digital platforms and pharma/health tech. Key Responsibilities: * Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts for technology-driven businesses; * Providing advice on GDPR compliance, data protection regulation and AI governance; * Supporting clients with complex digital transformation projects; What We Are Looking For A qualified Solicitor with NQ– 2 years' PQE ideally trained in a large commercial firm.
