JUNIOR RECEPTIONIST/TYPIST - CONTRACT JOB

If so, my client, based in Athlone, Co. Westmeathis looking to recruit a JuniorReceptionist/Typist to join the team.
This is a 6-12 months maternity cover contract
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
* First point of contact for customers/clients.
* Phone/email queries.
* Scanning/filing of confidential documents
* Maintain reception area
* Typing of documents/letters
* Provide staff cover and admin assistance
* General admin/reception duties as requested by management.
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience working as a Receptionist
* Knowledge of MS Office applications
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Fluency in English written & oral
