Job Overview
We seek a highly skilled Quality Lab Technician to join our team for an onsite role on an initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be part of a high-performing complaint handling and medical device regulatory reporting department.
About the Role:
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to build relationships and achieve shared goals.
* Coordinate analysis and investigation activities for a wide range of medical devices.
* Perform laboratory duties, including instrument maintenance, calibration, and alignment checks.
* Assist in test procedure development and non-routine analyses related to root cause investigations.
* Cross-functional coordination to investigate customer complaints and determine root cause.
* Awareness of manufacturing processes and final products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
* Experience in medical devices or related environment.
* Lab environment experience.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Practical working knowledge of statistical data analysis, problem-solving, and quality improvement tools.
